:: PPA :: ATTENTION TO UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS : FINAL EXAMNATION RESULTS FOR SEMESTER I ACADEMIC SESSION 2022/2023 AND FINAL EXAMINATION RESULTS FOR SEMESTER II ACADEMIC SESSION 2022/2023 (FOUNDATION IN SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY PROGRAMME)
Assalamualaikum & Greetings to all undergraduate students.

Please be informed that the Final Examination Results for Semester I Academic Session 2022/2023 and Final Examination Result for Semester II Academic Session 2022/2023 can be viewed online via student's eCommunity.

Kindly take note of the following important announcements:

1) Students who fail to remain in good academic standing:

Fail (Student is expelled)
Letter of Dismissal will be sent to students, parents/guardian, first guarantor and second guarantor on 13th March 2023

Probation 1 (P1) and Probation 2 (P2)
Letter of Academic Warning will be sent to students, parents/guardian, first guarantor and second guarantor on 13th March 2023

2) Application for Review of the Final Examination's Answer Scripts

Date of application: 13 MARCH 2023 – 24 MARCH 2023
The application form (Application Form for Review of Final Examination Scripts) can be obtained from PPA Portal (http://ppa.ump.edu.my) and must be submitted to the Faculty together with the payment receipt.
The payment for appeal is RM150.00 per course and should be made online (ie: M2U ---> Bill payment ---> Make a One Off Payment ---> view all payees ---> select Education & Education Loan ----> Universiti Malaysia Pahang (PELAJAR) ---> type of payment: Special Repeat Exam Fees).


3) Application for Special Examination (ONLY FOR FINAL YEAR STUDENTS who have passed with CPA ≥ 2.00 but failed one (1) course in the current semester) :

Date of application: : 13 MARCH 2023 – 24 MARCH 2023
The application form (Application Form for Special Examination) can be obtained from PPA Portal (http://ppa.ump.edu.my) and must be submitted to the Faculty.
The payment for each application is RM 100.00.
Please ensure that there are no outstanding debts or payments to Bursary Department. Please contact the Bursary Department for more information on the debt or payment.


4) Application for Re-Registration (KGDS)

Date of application: 13 MARCH 2023 – 17 MARCH 2023
The application form (Application Form for Re-Registration) can be obtained from PPA Portal (http://ppa.ump.edu.my) and must be submitted to the Faculty.
Please ensure that there are no outstanding debts or payments to Bursary Department. Please contact the Bursary Department for more information on the debt or payment.
